Return & Refund
RETURN POLICY:
You can check the goods and return them at the time of delivery/receipt in the following situations:
- The product does not match the type/model ordered on the website at the time of receipt
- Insufficient quantity of ordered goods
- Affected package: Torn box, broken bottle…
In case you have received the goods, we encourage you to film or take pictures of the condition before opening and while opening the package. You are responsible for submitting documents and video/photo proof related to the above deficiencies to be processed and returned.
You must notify the return of goods within 48 hours after receiving products.
Product return location: Depending on the delivery address is directly Khai Hoan or from the distributor and agent of Khai Hoan, you will bring it directly to that address or return it by post.
REFUND POLICY:
We will refund you when the sale point confirms receipt of the returned item. The refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank card provided to the point of sale
Note: It is your responsibility to provide bank account information to receive the refund.
